Here are latest updates as of March 2020 on the 17-hectare CAGAYAN DE ORO ECOPARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT at the former open dumpsite in Upper Dagong in Barangay Carmen.
As shown in these photos (screengrab from Project LUPAD video), site development is still ongoing and site grading works can be observed. Phase 1 of the proposed development includes Parking Area, Children’s Playground, Amphitheater, Function Hall, Boat Dock and Pond Area. The circular section is the one near the ecopark’s entrance.
