Here are more recent photos of the ongoing construction of San Miguel Corporation’s (SMC) Misamis Oriental Brewery Project located at Phividec Industrial Estate in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
As observed, construction of road networks and drainage system are ongoing.
Several buildings are also being constructed simultaneously.
The brewery can manufacture 3 million hectoliters of beer at full capacity.
The brewery is SMC’s 2nd in Mindanao.
You can see the wide expanse of the manufacturing complex.
This is perhaps the first completed building in the complex.
This is the dike along Pugaan River which also marks the boundary of the property.
Pugaan River is a major tributary of Tagoloan River.
The project is expected to provide thousands of jobs both during construction and operation as well as create downstream investment opportunities for local businesses.
The brewery is part of the 50-hectare industrial complex being developed by San Miguel Corporation.
Information gathered the whole complex will be completed in 2023.
