With the eventual start of construction of the Panguil Bay Bridge, Tangub City is bullish in its tourism potentials that the city is now preparing a masterplan for its city boulevard project.
Tangub City Mayor Philip Tan in his official Facebook account stated that the proposed eco-tourism project will stretch from Brgy Migcanaway to Brgy Silanga. There were three (3) conceptual designs to date as prepared by top architectural firm Palafox and Associates as shown below. The Panguil Bay Bridge is shown on the right of the plans.
Concept 1 – Wetlands and Bayside Grove on both ends and Beach Area, Central Park, Bayside Retail F&B and Hospitality (hotels) in between.

Concept 2 – Fishport and Mangrove Education at Brgy. Migcanaway, Mangrove Walk near Silanga Port, Civic Gardens, Beach Front, Multipurpose Park (galleries, shops, celebration garden, retail, f&b), Bayside Retail and Active Park.
