Late last month, Camella executives and brokers led the formal ground breaking of The Loop Towers’ Commercial Extension and Amenity area.
As interior works of the North Tower continue, development of its commercial area and amenities is expected to commence soon.
According to sources, the commercial area will be ALL-DAY SUPERMARKET.
The completion of the amenities and commercial area will complement the occupants of the The Loop Towers.
The Loop North Tower is a 26-storey high-rise residential condominium at Limketkai Center in Cagayan de Oro City.
Both the commercial area and amenities are scheduled to be completed early next year to coincide with the turnover of the North Tower.
