Here are some new minor construction projects in the city which have not been posted yet…No. 70 of the series.
First is the conversion of the ground floor of Pilgrim Christian College along Tiano Bros. Street into a commercial development. As shown, commercial spaces are now available on this area which used to be just a blank wall.
Next is a vertical expansion of the De Oro Bayanihan Building along Pres. Roxas Street near Cogon. As shown, you could see steel rebars rising on the roof.
This next project has been posted last January (LINK)… but work has just started recently. Well, it seems, they’re working on the project block by block.
Next is this new construction along RN Pelaez Blvd in Kauswagan just across IFI Church. Based on the structures, it could be a fuel refilling station.
There’s another small development along JV Seriña Street in Carmen as shown below. This is just across the new Macajalar Lodge Building.
And finally, the old Kambingan atbp along Julio Pacana Street across YMCA is now being demolished. The adjacent property has been cleared a few weeks back. Perhaps a new development is in the offing.
I could have posted more photos (including one new 3-storey commercial bldg at Regatta Square in Pueblo de Oro but I lost the file.
