The demolition permit has already been issued for 52 classrooms including the covered court of City Central School to give way for the construction of the P800 million Oro Central, the world-class five-story school building with 200 classrooms that would stretch from Corrales Avenue to Don Apolinar Velez street.
The structure to be demolished was declared to be unfit for use and has not been used by the school for two years now.
