If you’re a motorist and in a hurry, you should try to avoid RN Pelaez Blvd specifically fronting Liceo de Cagayan University.
Unless of course your destination is at Liceo, then you’ll have to bear the worsening traffic in the said area. As shown, traffic build-up is now almost everyday as two lanes have already been closed.
Good thing is that Liceo is now on summer break.
