Ayala Land has established Lagdigan Land Corporation to develop its 500-hectare property in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental.
As stated in its 2014 Annual Report (download HERE), Lagdigan Land Corporation was incorporated on March 17, 2014 to develop into a mixed use area the 500-hectare property. It is a 60:40 joint venture between Ayala Land and Ayala Corporation. See screenshot below.
As of December 31, 2014, initial investment in Lagdigan has amounted to some P12 million.
As stated, the project will be the primary growth area in the province. The planned mixed use township was revealed way back in 2012 and the incorporation of Lagdigan just confirms the start of the project.
