Construction will soon start for Paseo Town Center (PTC), the newest lifestyle arcade complex to be located at Paseo del Rio in Cagayan de Oro City.
Spread over 1.6 hectares, the PTC project is considered a first of its kind in the city. Unlike any other development in our midst today, the PTC envisions to be a themed showcase of the best the city can offer. This clustered alfresco mixed development draws inspiration from the likes of European/American small town centers with quaint shops and promenades. This trendsetting design mimics a small village running on a story line where outdoor cafes abound harnessing the tranquil experience in a fast-phased metro lifestyle setting.
Below is the site development plan which clearly indicates construction of road networks within the open spaces around the Convention Center building. More than 200 commercial spaces will be available when completed. The existing Night Cafe and Bazaar will be closed and tenants now have the option to relocate to the new development which is being targeted to open in December this year.
As planned, there will be no parking along the road networks as all vehicles will be parked at the Convention Center Parking Area (1st 2 levels). Roads are clearly marked for one way traffic with roundabouts in every corner. An elevated roadway will lead to the parking building.
Note that the RTA has already implemented the NO PARKING policy within the vicinity.
When completed, the use of this facility will finally be realized.
