Remember that prime lot at the corner of Antonio Luna and Capt. Vicente Roa Streets near Centrio Mall which was then rumored as the site for a Chinese mall and condotel (LINK)? Perimeter fencing is now being undertaken of said lot.
Shown below is the recently installed blue fence.
The rumored Chinese Mall and Condotel did not materialize but hopefully, something new will rise on the said lot which is strategically located in a prime commercial district of the city.
There are rumors that a new investor has expressed interest on the site.
