Civil works are now underway for BellaVita Cagayan de Oro located in Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City.
BellaVita is being developed by BellaVita Land Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Land catering to socialized housing. As shown, clearing operations is ongoing. Site grading, road layouts, drainage and utility lines will follow soon. Completion of land development is expected by end of 2016.
