Cebu Landmasters’ MesaVerte Residences, its inaugural 3-tower condominium project in Cagayan de Oro City will be constructed in 2 phases.
As shown below, Phase 1 will involve the construction of first 2 towers each with 252 units with 15 floors. The larger tower 3 is in Phase 2.
