Pioneer House CDO located along Don Apolinar Velez Street in downtown Cagayan de Oro has just received the highest level of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification – Platinum.
Based on the US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED scorecard (see below), Pioneer House CDO got 83 points to attain the Platinum level of certification making it the first in the Visayas–Mindanao region and the second building in the country to receive platinum certification for Core and Shell Development.
