A new 2-level commercial strip is now rising at Limketkai Center in Cagayan de Oro City.
As shown, structural steel frames are now being put up at the back of the old Rosario Strip. It can be recalled that the old building was demolished to erase the stigma of the bombing incident in 2013.
A new road has been developed around the front strip from Kenny Rogers Roasters. Perhaps Limketkai is bringing back the night life scene with this new development.
Significantly, this new strip is just a stone’s throw away from the on-going SM CDO2 Premier site see at the back.
Meanwhile, construction of nearby Pizza Republic is also continuing with the building now taking shape.
