Here is another update of other construction projects in Cagayan de Oro as of July 20, 2015.
1. 5-storey Commercial Building – Regatta Square, Pueblo de Oro (OLD)
Clearly, the project’s exteriors are already done. Perhaps, the occupants will be the one to put up the interiors.
2. BLU ENERGY COMMERCIAL BUILDING – Masterson Ave. (OLD)
Ongoing finishing work is observed.
3. 23-unit 2-storey Commercial Building – J. Serina St., Carmen (NEW)
As shown, the old structures are being demolished.
4. 3-storey COMMERCIAL BUILDING – Tiano-Montalvan Sts (OLD)
It’s nearing completion….
5. 3-storey COMMERCIAL BUILDING – Tiano-del Pilar Sts. (OLD)
Building is almost done.
6. COMMERCIAL BUILDING -JR Borja St. beside Ribs & Bibs (NEW)
Construction of first level now underway.
