After the inauguration of JR Borja Bridge, Cagayan de Oro City 2nd Dist. Rep. Rufus Rodriguez asked DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson to construct two more bridges spanning the river.
These two are 1.) Bonbon-Macabalan Bridge and 2.) Balulang-Macasandig Bridge. The two will be the 7th and 8th bridges. Whether these will be allotted funding by the National Government is another story but still these proposed infrastructure will be a great addition to the city’s road networks.
