Perhaps the most viewed, read, and shared post in CDODEV.COM… High Ridge opened last December 16. Though still on soft opening, the restaurant with the “ultimate view from the top” has drawn so much interest.

Probably, the tallest under construction building in the city…the 29-storey Tower 1 began ground movements in October.
3. CM CDO 2 PREMIER BEGINS CONSTRUCTION
We finally got an updated rendering of SM’s 2nd mall in Cagayan de Oro and site development began in October.
4. THE LOOP GROUND BREAKING
The official ground breaking of The Loop’s North Tower was held in May.
5. COMPLETION OF NAVIGATIONAL AIDS AT LAGUINDINGAN AIRPORT
Laguindingan Airport is finally ready to take in night flights.

The 23-storey Centrio Tower is now rising.
7. COMPLETION OF JR BORJA BRIDGE
The Spanish-funded bridge is finally completed.
8. TOPPING OFF OF PRIMAVERA RESIDENCES TOWER 2
Italpinas’ 2nd tower topped off in September this year.
9. COMPLETION OF MUST ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE COMPLEX
MUST’s mid-rise buildings added to the changing city scape of CM Recto Avenue.

10. CAGAYAN DE ORO IS 2ND MOST COMPETITIVE CITY

11. CITY WINS LIVEABLE CITIES DESIGN CHALLENGE
Cagayan de Oro City’s “ORO CENTRAL” was named winner of the Liveable Cities Design Challenge for the Government Evacuation Center Category during the awarding ceremony held in October at the Philippine International Convention Center.
12. OPOL – BAYABAS HIGHWAY OPENED.
The new alternative highway was opened to traffic.
13. SEVEN SEAS WATER PARK AND RESORT
The much anticipated water park and resort in Opol was finally started.
