Ayala Land Inc. has included Cagayan de Oro City in its new business plan dubbed the “2020 Vision” which will enable Ayala Land to register 20% average annual growth rate in net income from P11.7 billion ($260.74 million) in 2013 to P40 billion ($891 million) by 2020.
Citing confidence in the city’s growth, the company currently has four big real estate projects in the city: two high rise condominium projects (Centrio Tower and Aspira Towers); one high-end subdivision (Alegria Hills Phase 2); and one upcoming horizontal project (Bella Vita).
