Misamis Oriental Governor Peter Unabia presented the proposed Provincial Capitol Grounds Master Development Plan during his First 100 Days Report. The proposal covers the area at the back of the Provincial Capitol and the entire block which includes the Provincial Jail, Red Cross and other offices. Among the proposed development are: Garden Corridor, Mixed-Use Buildings (Retail, Office, Dormitory), new Governor’s Office, Hotel and Residential Condominiums.
