Leading Cagayan de Oro developer Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) celebrated a milestone in the construction of The Hub at Bamboo Lane, with a topping-off ceremony held today October 8, 2022. The event also coincided with the launching of PDO’s N6 Deepwell which serves the valley portion of the township.
The Hub is a three-storey commercial building envisioned as a neighborhood retail center at the heart of the Calaanan Valley, with its strategic location along San Agustin Avenue near the junction of PN Roa Avenue making it easily accessible to homeowners of PDO’s bustling residential communities such as Westwoods, Forest View Homes, San Agustin Valley Homes, Bamboo Lane, and Familia Apartments as well as other residents of the Calaanan Valley from nearby barangays Canitoan and Pagatpat who will no longer have to go downtown to secure their basic needs.
Leading convenience store 7-Eleven and drugstore chain Rojon Pharmacy are in advanced talks with PDO to open new branches in The Hub, having seen the potential for growth as more developments and communities rise in the area.
The Hub’s retail commercial units are also conducive for al fresco dining and commercial and office spaces on the second and third floors. Other features include car and motorcycle parking slots, restrooms in every floor.
Meanwhile, PDO earlier formally launched N6 Deepwell located right across The Hub. It is now serving the township’s subdivisions in the valley.
