GERI’s property in Cagayan de Oro is Mountain Meadows, a 260-hectare residential subdivision in Upper Gusa which it acquired in 2012. The development includes a 4-hectare commercial area at the entrance. GERI acquired it from then Fil-Estate Land, Inc.

The section on the upper left is the proposed commercial area.

In Megaworld’s 2021 Annual Report, Cagayan de Oro was identified as among its planned township projects for 2022.

Keep posted.
