The billboard with the correct project name VAIL RESIDENCES is now installed onsite. SMDC’s first condominium development in Cagayan de Oro located within the 5-hectare property in Upper Carmen beside Pueblo de Oro will have its groundbreaking soon.
As shown below, a project rendering with the respective building permits of the 14 4-storey buildings can be observed onsite.
