There’s one more reason to take a trip along Route 955 with another upcoming scenic view deck and cafe now rising along in Claveria, Misamis Oriental. JULIO’S CAFE is near the famed Big C in Barangay Mat-i at the privately-owned VILLA CASCADA FARM RESORT owned by former Villanueva Mayor Julio Uy, to whom it was named.
As shown, Julio’s Cafe is a multi-level view deck perched along a ridge beside Route 955. Like many other tourist spots in Claveria town, it offers a scenic view of the rugged mountain landscape of the province. Watch this aerial survey below courtesy of Project LUPAD.
Below are snapshots of Julio’s Cafe.

Note the unique eagle’s head feature on its roof which is also shaped like a bird.
Big C is one of the favorite destination among local motorcycle clubs and riders.

Villa Cascada is seen at left.
Villa Cascada Farm and Resort is a privately owned farm and resthouse. It remains to be exclusive for private gatherings and not yet open to the public. Perhaps it will be opened to the public once the view deck cafe is completed.
