
Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno led today’s formal turn over of the first ten (10) completed 2-storey buildings composed of 24 residential units at Balubal Heights Subdivision, the city’s first ever mid-rise resettlement project intended for informal settler families (ISF) located in Barangay Balubal.










Thirty (30) more similar midrise residential buildings are still under construction.


Also present were Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Eduardo D. Del Rosario, Atty. Arnolfo Ricardo B. Cabling, President of the Social Housing and Finance Corporation (SHFC), City Councilor Edgar Cabanlas and other local and barangay officials and officials and members of the Homeowners Association.
