The 532-hectare HABINI BAY, Ayala Land’s master-planned estate straddling the municipalities of Alubijid and Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental will have residential brands Avida and Ayala Land Premier in its development plans. This was revealed during a recent brokers’ meeting which highlighted the 105-hectare Laguindingan Technopark as its light industrial component.
Habini Bay is Ayala’s largest estate development in Mindanao and is part of of the planned aerotropolis which is expected to spur economic growth of the region.
Aside from the residential components Avida (47 hectares) and Ayala Land Premier (61 has), and the Laguindingan Technopark, it will also have Mixed use Commercial Centers, a Boardwalk/Fisherman’s Wharf, Tourism Lots, a Seaside Retail and lots of open spaces and commion areas which are trademark in Ayala developments.
