The Cagayan de Oro City Council Committee on Landed Estate and Subdivision chaired by Councilor Edgar Cabanlas has endorsed for approval the request of Pueblo de Oro to reclassify its business park from Commercial 2 to Commercial 3, thus, paving the way for more investments on high rise commercial buildings in Uptown CDO. Accordingly, said endorsement was upon recommendation by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and the City Planning Office.
