HOTEL 101 CAGAYAN DE ORO, a new high-rise condotel project has just been included by DoubleDragon Corporation in its portfolio and is set to be launched soon.
In a disclosure at the Philippine Stock Exchange, DoubleDragon stated it currently has 6,165 hotel rooms in its nationwide portfolio that are operational, under construction and about to launch hotel projects across its brands Hotel 101, Jinjiang Inn Philippines and Ascott-DD Meridian Park. This new graphic below was attached showing Hotel 101 Cagayan de Oro which seemed to be a high-rise development.
Here’s a closer look of what seemed to be more than 20 storeys.
It can be recalled that Cagayan de Oro was not among the sites for its Hotel 101 concept as shown in this 2020 presentation.
Instead, Jinjiang Inn Cagayan de Oro was included which will rise right beside CityMall Bulua.
There are no details yet as to Hotel 101’s exact location and the number of floors but this development is certainly worth watching. Keep posted.
