Last week, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) announced a new joint venture project in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. And just recently, IDC stated that VERONA GREEN APARTMENTS consisting of a series of four-storey walk-up green buildings offering both residential and commercial space would be the company’s first venture into the economic housing market.
The project which is near IDC’s existing developments such as Primavera Residences and Primavera City will be completed in two phases and will have about 900 residential units and around 50 commercial spaces. Accordingly, prices of the units will range from approximately P1.2 million to P1.5 million each. All studio units are designed to have a 23 square meter (sq.m.) space with a balcony. Said development will be within a 11,327 square meter property owned by the Go family.
