The Balubal-Indahag Road Project involves construction of a mountain diversion road from Junction Sayre Highway in Barangay Balubal to Guadalupe Shrine to Camacawa in Gusa to Macapaya in Upper Camaman-an and finally to Taguanao in Indahag. Ultimately, this will connect to Pelaez Bridge then to Pueblo de Oro and finally to Laguindingan Airport. See map below.
