The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental’s legal office led by Atty. Cerilio Neil Pacana had a big part in the realization of the world-class P50 million DOST-PAGASA Planetarium Observatory in Molugan, El Salvador City where construction is now 65 percent completed.
Accordingly, the plan started in 2018 with the groundbreaking held in 2019 but the Capitol’s legal team ably assisted in securing the necessary permits and close coordination with the Department of Environemnt and Natural Resources (DENR) relative to the project especially that it is located near a mangrove site.
