The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) and the City Government of Cagayan de Oro have signed a Usufruct Agreement for the University’s satellite campus in Barangay Balubal. USTP Balubal currently has 100 students enrolled in three (3) courses since it started accepting students last year.
Shown below signing the agreement are City Mayor Oscar Moreno and USTP System President Dr. Ambrosio B. Cultura II. Signing as witnesses are City Councilor Suzette Magtajas-Daba and Balubal Barangay Captain Pablo M. Bactong.
USTP Balubal will be offering courses in Agriculture, Information Technology and Education.
