The Department of Agriculture – Philippine Rural Development Project 10 (DA-PRDP 10) recently turned over to the local government of Damulog, Bukidnon the newly rehabilitated and concreted 13.94-kilometer Sinayaran-Pocopoco-Tangkulan Road, the longest Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) in Northern Mindanao.
DA Regional Executive Director of DA-10 and Project Director of PRDP 10 Carlene C. Collado led the turn over ceremony of the Php 188,411,870.61 road project last April 8. 2021 in the presence of Damulog Mayor Melino L. Buro and other local officials.
The new road allows much improved access in the farming areas and at the same time, an Indigenous People (IP) area benefitting 5,931 households which include farmers of rubber, corn, rice, sugarcane, banana, and cassava.
