LAGUINDINGAN TECHNOPARK, part of the initial development of Ayala Land’s 526-hectare Habini Bay mixed used development in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental will be ready for occupancy by 2024. This was revealed by Lamudi, an online property marketplace. Laguindingan Technopark is Ayala’s first industrial park in Mindanao.
As shown below, the technopark is located right beside Laguindingan Airport. Industrial lots are at least 5,000 sqm and will cater to IT-related and other light industries.

You can also see it installed along the facade of Centrio Ayala Mall in Cagayan de Oro City.
As indicated, the technopark will be completed by 2027.
