After months of foundation works, construction of Citta Bella, Primavera City’s Phase 2 development located in Uptown Cagayan de Oro is now going vertical.
As shown below, several columns have started to emerge at the site of the 10-storey mixed use building which will have commercial retail and offices spaces in the 1st 3 floors, residential condominium units from the 4th to the 10th floor and penthouse units on the 11th floor. It will also have a roof deck with amenities like gym and pool.
