A total of 960 homeless families living in riverbanks, roadways, sidewalks, bridges, garbage dumps, shorelines and waterways will soon have a new home with the start of construction of the 4.6-hectare Socialized Housing Project Phase 2 located in Purok 2, Balubal, Cagayan de Oro City. This was disclosed by City Mayor Oscar Moreno during today’s formal groundbreaking ceremony.
