You may have observed this under construction multi-storey building near Pabayo and Tomas Saco Streets in Cagayan de Oro City. Sources onsite revealed this will be another hotel facility.
Construction of the building started last year and has been ongoing now progressing to the 9th and 10th storeys.
Again, we don’t see any parking provisions for the hotel project but hopefully the proponent has included some measures such as lot acquisition or rental for parking of hotel guests.
