Ground works are now ongoing for the New Puerto Public Market in Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City.
As shown below, the demolition of the old structures has been completed and clearing works including excavation are now underway.

The project had an initial budget of P80 million. When completed, this will be the new home for many stall owners in the area.
