Another diversion road is now being constructed linking SM Bypass Road to Bulua-Patag traversing near the boundary of the old dumpsite in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.
As shown below, the route is still being cleared and the new road opening provides another alternate and shorter route for vehicles going to and from Uptown CDO via Patag-Bulua area.
The project billboard onsite states the project costs P63.38 million more or less.
We still don’t have the exact route of the road but sources state this will connect to Macapagal Drive. Here’s a probable route (green colored road).
