Construction of the two-barrel diversion drainage line (subterranean canal) along Valenzuela (Agora) Road has now reached the junction at CM Recto Avenue fronting Puregold in Cagayan de Oro City.
Latest progress update as shown below revealed excavation works now underway along the boundary at CM Recto.
The large canals occupy two lanes and can fit two vehicles.
The completion of this drainage diversion line could help drain the accumulated floodwaters along CM Recto-Limketkai Junction.
As stated in our previous post, this will proceed along CM Recto and then turn left towards Limketkai Avenue and finally connecting to Bitan-ag Channel.
