The government has just released the official Invitation to Bid for the proposed 3.48-kilometer PANGUIL BAY BRIDGE PROJECT connecting Tangub City, Misamis Occidental and Tubod in Lanao del Norte.
All the bid documents including all detailed plans are now available for download at DPWH Website as shown below.

Read the project description below. As indicated the bridge project will be funded thru a loan from the Export-Import Bank of Korea in the amount of $100,132,000. Construction period is set at 1,095 days or roughly 3 years.
Also as indicated, all bids will be opened at 10:00am on September 4, 2018.
