ALVEO LAND CORP., Ayala Land’s middle-range brand in property development is set to finally launch its Cagayan de Oro project this year as part of some P40 billion worth of projects set for launching in 2018.
In a news article from Inquirer.net, Alveo is reportedly following up its record P45.6 billion sales in 2017 with several project launches this year.
Last year, it was revealed that Alveo will develop a large property of at least 100 hectares in Barangay Tablon with Phase 1 to cover around 46 hectares. Said development was initially named as Project Kayak. See link below.
Alveo’s property in Tablon is already known with its large tarp already posted onsite.
