The ongoing construction of All-Home store at Limketkai Center is part of Vista Mall Cagayan de Oro. This was finally confirmed with the latest Prospectus from Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. dated July 14, 2017.
As shown in the screenshot below of page 52 of said Prospectus (Download it HERE), Vista Mall CDO already had its ground breaking last May 2, 2017 and it will have a Gross Floor Area (GFA)of 15,000 sqm. and costing P331.32 million. You can see below, funding is up to 2nd quarter of next year.
The ground breaking followed the start of pile driving works onsite as shown in our post below (May 5).

Further info gathered (see rendering on top), a large carpark building will also rise beside it occupying the area towards the current Loop Business Hub. The ground level will be utilized as parking for buses.
