Cagayan de Oro City has been experiencing rain showers every afternoon for the past few days now and the multi-million Agora Subterranean Canal project is still far from completion.
As shown below, the drainage project has just passed Market City along Valenzuela (Agora Road) Avenue.
While concreting works are ongoing on one end, excavation is being undertaken on the other.
Sheet piles are observed along the canal route. Trucks were diverted towards Osmena Extension and Gaabucayan Street.
This road section is next to be excavated.
