Alveo Land’s inaugural project in Cagayan de Oro City is part of the real estate firm’s 16 project launches this year worth P40 billion.
According to BusinessWorld, the Ayala Land subsidiary is optimistic on its expected sales as it enters new sites this year which includes Cagayan de Oro as well as in Bulacan, Cavite and Alabang.
Alveo Land has acquired some 100 hectares of prime real estate in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City (LINK) and has programmed development of 23.4 hectares for its initial phase (LINK).
Sources state the Alveo venture will be master-planned mixed use community.
